Mantra Yoga

Mantra yoga abu ne dabarar da ke dogara da ilimin ikon kalma da tasiri akan mutum. Wannan koyarwar tana dauke da hanya mafi kyau ta samun ƙarfin ruhaniya.

Yadda yake aiki:

  1. Taimaka wajen kwantar da hankali da kuma share tunanin.
