Aikido don farawa

Wataƙila, a lokacin da ya tsufa ya yi latti don shiga al'adun kasar Japan kuma ya shiga cikin darussan aiki don farawa. Wannan kyakkyawan zane-zane ya ƙunshi dabarun da dama da ke bunkasa jiki kuma ya ba ka damar bunkasa amincewa da kai, ƙarfin hali, haƙuri, horo da kuma sauran dukiya masu amfani. Aikido horo
